This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Carolina Psychological Health Services (“CPHS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you that is obtained through www.cphsnc.com (our “Website”). CPHS knows you care about your privacy and the protection of your personal information, and we are committed to protecting your data. By using, accessing or interacting with our Website in any manner, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy. Please read it carefully.

Please note that this Policy will govern your use of the Website and you are responsible for reading and understanding it. This Policy does not apply to protected health information (“PHI”). CPHS’s Notice of Privacy Practices describes how we handle PHI. Any information submitted through a Secure Contact Form or via the Patient Portal, once CPHS accepts such information, our handling of that information is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
